I have to let you know about an almost instant support ticket response I've just recieved from Matt.

One on my sites was not coming up but the name servers are with webfusion (shudder). Matt not only discovered the problem but gave a reply I could understand really quickly.

I know that Xilo can't answer all issues this quickly as some take time but so far they have never left me high and dry.
