Is there an option to Private Message people on the forum? I don't believe there is but it may be useful for 'networking'

Obviously I appreciate the Techies may want to avoid too many PM's in replacement of Support Tickets, so perhaps some way of 'option out' of PM's would be a good idea?

just thought it may allow other Xilo users to chat 'away' from the forums and exchange ideas and comments.

Private messaging is not enabled for normal forum users, for a variety of reasons, including the one you stated about techies getting PMs concerning support requests. This policy of not enabling PMs is unlikely to change.
