Is there an option to Private Message people on the forum? I don't believe there is but it may be useful for 'networking' Obviously I appreciate the Techies may want to avoid too many PM's in replacement of Support Tickets, so perhaps some way of 'option out' of PM's would be a good idea? just thought it may allow other Xilo users to chat 'away' from the forums and exchange ideas and comments. |

Private messaging is not enabled for normal forum users, for a variety of reasons, including the one you stated about techies getting PMs concerning support requests. This policy of not enabling PMs is unlikely to change. |
