Are you considering upgrading to MySQL 5 on your cPanel reseller/shared hosting? Just making it known that I would be very interested in this and encourage others who would also like this upgrade post a reply.

I see there could be a problem migrating data/privs to the new version. If you offered MySQL 5 on a new server, Then those who want MySQL 5 could move their account.
