You would order the domain from our site (
here).
Just enter your account email and password and it will be added to your existing billing account.
Once you have done this, login at
https://my.xilo.net/ and update the nameservers to the ones listed in your welcome email
The domain should then start resolving within around 10-15 minutes. Don't try to view it before this time otherwise you may have to wait upto 24 hours.
