Thanks Matt - it eventually sorted itself out - my previous hosting company was unavailable during the holidays.
I've sent a few emails over the last 2/3 days, regarding an loading the .sql file to the database that is created - you did reply initially, saying that you had loaded the .sql file but this can't be possible because the database is empty with no tables. Checked the .sql file and it looks fine.
This database is critical to our business, and whilst it's down it is causing me a lot of hassle, I could do without this time of the year.
I've tried to call 3 times today without success.
Please advise ASAP.
