| Moving My reseller Account To Xilo -

Hi,
Again I'm considering moving my reseller account over to Xilo.
I've had my current Resseller account with another company for the past 4 years. I have recently experienced a lot of downtime!
What comments do current Xilo reseller customers have about Xilo (All good I hope)!
Have you experienced any down time?
What's Xilo's support like?
Any other possible issues?
