Hi Ian,
Due to the issues, tickets related to moving have had to be put on lower priority simply because we need to have all our servers working over moving a site that is already currently working on a server without issues.
Whilst this may not be ideal, we needed to ensure that any customers who had no service are prioritised over ones that do.
We're all working on the backlog now and down to 52 open tickets (was 2 before the problems).
