Hi Samir,
We have no plans on upgrading PHP5 on the H-Sphere platform at this time as there is no way to currently run both version 4 and 5 within the H-Sphere setup without breaking something else.
However, I am about to post new relating to our plans for PHP5 support by default as well as Apache 2 for our cPanel shared and reseller servers.
I would personally suggest that we get you moved over to cPanel so you can benefit from PHP5 immediately by way of a work around.
