Hi all,
We've now had further contact with SpamHaus. Their policy is block first contact later. Unacceptable if you ask me.
I have now requested that any further problems like this are sent directly to us before blocking. They have noted our request and our telephone numbers.
In the last 4 years - this is the first block to cause us a major issue and I would like to apologise for that.
