Hi Dom,

To answer your questions..

We are not able to invoice for all your domains on the same date if they were registered on different dates - sorry. Our system will give advance notice (at least 37 days) for a domain renewal.

All domains will renew when the invoice that refers to their renewal is paid. If a manual paypal/card payment is made before the due/renewal date - the domain is renewed immediately. However, if you have a card on file and your billing mode is set to card we will attempt to take payment on the due/renewal date. If that is accepted - domain renewed, however, if it declines or gives an error - the domain will not be renewed and a failed payment email will be sent.

After this time - you have 30 days to renew the domain before it enters the redemption period (160$ + renewal fee) to reactivate the domain.
