Hi Iain,
It is possible. We simply change the MX record from our servers to your mailserver at the remote end.
Although we don't advise this as generally we have seen most customers point them to servers on ADSL lines - which can result in lost or delayed email.
Please open a ticket with the domain, username and IP you wish to point the mail at an we will action this for you.
