VAT Rate Changes - 15% (from 17.5%)
Due to the recent announcement by the Chancellor, we will be reducing the rate of VAT that we charge as from 1st December 2008.

Echo server unresponsive.
We’re looking at an issue with the Echo reseller server. Currently services are responding very slowly.
